If you are one of us who is wired naturally to do almost anything
else before exercise, then you may want to think about these ideas.
Because exercise is so extremely fundamental to wellbeing, we
simply must commit ourselves to a daily routine.
Here's the good news though; the commitment can be at any level
so long as you can absolutely keep it.
It can be a minute a day if it has to be.
At the beginning, you do not have to worry about the duration of your
workout. Your only job is to
keep your commitment. This
strategy works very, very well because it is also part of your body's
design to respond well to movement.
So, after you keep your commitment for a while, and sometimes it
is just a short while, your body will naturally expand your workout for
you. It will do this
gleefully and effortlessly for you.
So don't think about that part.
Just keep your commitment.
Walking is a good place to start. Virtually
no equipment required. Rebounding

Minimal equipment required and no weather problems.
Hiking, swimming, biking, running are other good strategies.
Stretching and weight training and yoga or tai chi are also
important pieces of a healthy exercise program.
And again, they'll come along naturally after you've kept your
commitment for a while.
