Forgiveness
101: I'll just finally let the infractions perpetrated against me be
true. I'll finally allow these things the reality of
existence. No longer, bogged down with the job of resisting the fact
that the nightmare happened, I've got new energy, time, and strength to
move toward deeper healing, deeper forgiveness.

I can forgive those who have hurt me. I don't need to hurt you for
hurting me. I forgive you.

I
can forgive myself. I see that I was projecting my pain on to
others. I forgive me. I am forgiven.

you have? Over and over? Yes. I forgive
life.
