I am the allower of my own wellbeing*. This is an
uplifting and empowering idea. It reflects the idea that we are all born with a birthright to wellbeing; that it is always with us, that it is ours for the allowing of it. Of course, most of us have to re-learn how to allow that wellbeing and what that means on a day-to-day, moment-to-moment basis. But isn't it wonderful to think of it as already there, waiting for us to remember.
What follows is a library of past articles I've written and published here and elsewhere. If you would like to put your name on my email distribution list, you can receive the new articles directly as I write them.
